In 2010, I was forced to become one of the early users of Commonwealth Choice. In 2011, the accident of birth made me a user of Medicare. It is likely that everyone will have to become a Commonwealth-Choice type insuree under the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. And becoming a Medicare insuree beats the alternative as they say.
